ExactCut deals with the design and manufacturing of automated cutting systems for cutting and subsequent processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. High performance automatic circular saws are the core of our product range.

The modular concept of material feeders, material magazines and roller conveyors at the infeed and outfeed side allows optimum solutions for each application and space requirement.

Fully-automated tailor-made systems can include additional operations such as machining and deburring, length check, recording, the use of robots and other special devices according to client’s demand and application.

ExactCut is a relatively young company but very experienced in the sector of high-performance circular saws for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

As manufacturer of high performance circular saws, the continuous quality control that also includes tests of saw blades from various manufacturers is one of our priorities. Our goal is to offer the optimum price / performance ratio to each individual customer and application.

We certainly provide test result and optimum cutting parameters to our customers in order to guarantee most efficient production.
